Josh Wilson Joins ATCS Ownership Group

HERNDON, Va. – ATCS is pleased to announce the addition of Josh Wilson to the firm’s ownership group. Wilson, who serves as Senior Vice President and North Region Manager, has led ATCS’ strategic expansion and service growth in Pennsylvania for the last several years and more recently in Maryland.

Since joining ATCS in 2019, Wilson has grown the firm’s presence in Pennsylvania, including opening offices in Harrisburg in 2020 and Altoona in 2023. Wilson has led efforts to build strong local client relationships, introduce new services, and create a high-performing team to position ATCS for long-term success across the firm’s growing North Region. Wilson brings 25 years of experience in transportation planning and engineering for private, local, and state infrastructure projects. He is a recognized subject matter expert in noise analysis, data center development, and renewable energy assessment across the United States.
