Rob Sporer Promoted to Construction Engineering Director
HERNDON, Va. – ATCS is pleased to announce that Rob Sporer, based in our Harrisburg office, has been promoted to Construction Engineering Director.
Rob joined ATCS in 2021 as a Construction Engineering Manager, providing construction management and inspection services on transportation projects throughout Pennsylvania. He has shown himself to be a trusted leader on his project teams, known for his technical expertise, responsiveness, and ability to keep complex construction efforts moving forward.
In his new role, Rob will lead ATCS’s Pennsylvania Program Management / Construction Management pursuit efforts, serving as the primary driver for identifying, developing, and securing opportunities across the Commonwealth. He will also take on expanded responsibility for resolving daily project challenges and leading project teams, ensuring clients continue to receive responsive, high-quality service.

Rob’s leadership will be central to ATCS’s growth strategy in Pennsylvania, supporting expansion into new PennDOT districts, strengthening our presence across the Commonwealth, and developing future leaders within our construction management team.
