4. Job Applications and Recruitment

ATCS partners with ClearCompany, an external applicant tracking system, to manage our job postings and applications. When you choose to apply for a position, you are directed to ClearCompany’s platform (https://atcs.clearcompany.com), which is governed by its own Privacy Policy.

Information entered through our chatbot or application forms is securely transmitted to ClearCompany. The ATCS Talent Acquisition team reviews applicant data solely for hiring purposes. Applicant information may be retained for a reasonable period to support current or future hiring needs.

International applicants are welcome to apply. If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with specific data protection rights, you may request access to, correction of, or removal of your data by contacting ClearCompany. ClearCompany will coordinate with us to ensure timely resolution.

5. Data Sharing and Protection

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information only:

  • With third-party service providers supporting Site hosting or analytics
  • With ClearCompany as part of the recruiting process
