Josh Wilson Promoted to ATCS’ North Region Manager
HARRISBURG, Pa. – ATCS is pleased to announce the promotion of Josh Wilson to senior vice president and north region manager. In this elevated leadership role, Wilson will oversee operations and pursue strategic growth across ATCS’ northern footprint—including Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. His focus includes expanding engineering services and growing the firm’s program and construction management capabilities in new and emerging markets.

Wilson most recently served as vice president and Pennsylvania operations manager, where he led ATCS’ operations across the state and played a key role in expanding the firm’s presence, capabilities, and client relationships in the region’s transportation and infrastructure markets. With more than 23 years of experience managing complex design-build and infrastructure projects across the Mid-Atlantic, he brings operational insight and a forward-thinking approach to regional expansion.
Wilson’s promotion reflects ATCS’ continued commitment to investing in regional leadership and strategic market development.

Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in geoenvironmental studies from Shippensburg University. He also serves as a board member for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania (ACEC/PA), where he helps to advance industry initiatives by facilitating dialogue among state transportation leaders and industry partners.
