Brian Post Joins ATCS as Senior Transportation Manager for the Baltimore, MD Region

Brian PostATCS is pleased to welcome Brian Post, P.E. as Senior Transportation Manager for the Baltimore, MD office. In this role, Brian will support and grow ATCS’ portfolio of projects in the Baltimore region. Brian brings over 17 years of experience managing a multitude of roadway and highway projects, design studies, multimodal designs, and multi-discipline teams. He has demonstrated a propensity for identifying and resolving issues related to project performance and supplement requests.

Brian brings strong experience managing the operations for the Baltimore Highway Group, leading open-end contracts for projects with the State Highway Administration’s (SHA) Office of Highway Development (OHD), SHA District 3, SHA District 6, and Montgomery DOT and the Baltimore City North Avenue Streetscape project. He prepared and negotiated task order fee proposals for the Highway Group, and was responsible for the preliminary and final design of roadway projects, overseeing design and feasibility studies, value engineering, multimodal and context-sensitive designs as well as quality reviews of client submittals.
