ATCS Opens Virginia Beach Office in Hampton Roads

ATCS has opened its new office in Virginia Beach as part of a strategic expansion to meet increasing infrastructure opportunities across Hampton Roads. This Southside location becomes the firm’s second office in the region, complementing its long-standing presence in Newport News.

The Virginia Beach office enhances ATCS’ ability to deliver engineering and consulting services across both public and private sectors, strengthening its local impact and supporting infrastructure initiatives in this growing market.

Located in the City of VA Beach, the office supports service delivery and key capabilities by providing direct access to engineering design and construction services for localities in the area. This presence enhances responsiveness, strengthens relationships with municipal clients, and ensures efficient delivery of transportation, utility, and infrastructure projects. By being embedded in the community, the team is better positioned to understand local needs, support on-the-ground coordination, and accelerate project timelines.

Since opening its Newport News office in 2016, ATCS has built strong relationships throughout Hampton Roads and contributed to major efforts, including the Hampton Roads Express Lanes and key federal grant support for infrastructure improvements.
