Kevin Siegel, P.E. joins ATCS as Vice President, Office Manager – Hamptons Roads

Kevin has been instrumental in advancing work revitalizing historic communities. He was recently the design manager for two phases of the Virginia Capital Trail, a bicycle and pedestrian trail, which connects the historic communities of Williamsburg and Richmond, Va., which won the 2014 WTS Central Virginia Chapter Innovative Transportation Award. He was also the project manager and lead designer for two phases of a streetscape revitalization program for the Southeast Community of the City of Newport News. Since 2008, he served as program manager of the U.S. Air Force Headquarters Air Combat Command (ACC) IDIQ Infrastructure contract, including managing the nationwide ACC bridge inspection program and multiple retro-commissioning programs at ACC bases around the country. He has also served as program manager on multiple other municipal and Federal on-call and IDIQ contracts.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. He has served as president of ASCE’s Virginia Peninsula Branch since 2010, and is Education Committee co-chair of the Society of American Military Engineers Virginia Peninsula Post.
