ATCS’ Jack Cramer Promoted to Pennsylvania Operations Manager

HARRISBURG, Pa. – ATCS is pleased to announce the promotion of Jack Cramer to vice president and Pennsylvania operations manager. In this role, Cramer will lead the continued growth and operations of the firm’s Harrisburg and Altoona offices while expanding ATCS’ core services into new markets across the state.

“I’m most looking forward to continuing to foster a collaborative team environment where every voice is heard, and every idea has the potential to shape our direction,” said Cramer. “Together, we’ve already built something strong, and now we have the opportunity to grow outward, expanding into new areas, guided by the momentum of our past successes.”

Cramer has been instrumental in supporting ATCS’ growth in Pennsylvania, previously serving as assistant operations manager and associate vice president. In addition to his leadership in office operations, Cramer has spent the past two years leading ATCS’ air and noise discipline firmwide, supporting various clients across service areas and geographies.

“Jack has been a steady, solutions-focused leader who consistently invests in his team and delivers for our clients,” said ATCS North Region Manager Josh Wilson. “His ability to foster collaboration, drive growth, and lead with integrity has been central to our success. Cramer holds a Bachelor of Science in geoenvironmental studies from Shippensburg University. He is actively involved in the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) Harrisburg Section.
