ATCS Named 2025 Corporate Partner of the Year by Genesys Works
HERNDON, Va. – ATCS has been named the 2025 Corporate Partner of the Year by Genesys Works National Capital Region (NCR), recognizing the firm’s long-standing partnership and outstanding support of the organization’s year-long internship program for high school students.
Presented at the Breaking Through Awards & Gala on May 14 in Washington, D.C., the award honors a corporate partner that demonstrates a sustained commitment to providing enriching early career experiences for a broad range of young professionals. ATCS was selected for its multi-year engagement with Genesys Works and its strong support of work-based learning opportunities that expand access to real-world experience. Prior recipients include Accenture, Iridium Satellite, Children’s National Hospital, and Comcast.

Genesys Works prepares high school seniors for professional success through eight weeks of summer training in business and technology skills, followed by a paid internship throughout the academic year. Students also receive college and career coaching, financial aid guidance, and continued mentorship after graduation.
ATCS has hosted multiple interns, integrating them into project teams and providing hands-on exposure to professional work challenges while supporting their growth and development.
