Brian Post Named ATCS’ Maryland Operations Manager

BALTIMORE, Md. – Brian Post, PE, has been named Maryland operations manager at ATCS, where he will lead operations, business planning, and business development efforts across the state.

With 26 years of industry experience, Post brings deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of the region’s infrastructure priorities to this role. He will oversee strategic growth across ATCS’ Baltimore and Largo offices, focusing on transportation planning, highway design, traffic engineering, survey, construction management and inspection, and private site civil services.

Post joined ATCS in 2016 as a senior transportation manager and has held several leadership positions, including assistant operations manager and Baltimore operations manager. He currently serves as a vice president at the firm.

Post earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from North Dakota State University and is a licensed professional engineer in Maryland, Delaware, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

He is actively engaged in the industry, serving as a national director for the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE), representing the Mid-Atlantic Region. He also participates in the American Council of Engineering Companies of Maryland (ACEC/MD), the ASHE Chesapeake Section, the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE Maryland Section), the Maryland Transportation Builders & Materials Association (MTBMA), and the Maryland Association of Engineers (MAE).
